Kapil Dev: The undisputed Alrounder

Kapil Dev Ramlal Nikhanj, better known as Kapil Dev, was born on January 6, 1959 in Chandigarh, India. He is a former Indian cricketer who is considered one of the greatest all-rounders in the history of the game. Kapil Dev made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 1978 and went on to play for the team until 1994. In his career, he played 131 Test matches and scored 5,248 runs, including 8 centuries. Sunil Manohar "Sunny" Gavaskar is a former Indian cricketer who is considered one of the greatest opening batsmen in the history of cricket. He was born on July 10, 1949 in Bombay (now Mumbai), India to Manohar and Meenal Gavaskar. Gavaskar made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 1971 and went on to play for the team until 1987. In his career, he played 125 Test matches and scored a then-record 10,122 runs, including 34 centuries. He was also the first player to score 10,000 Test runs, and he held the record for most Test runs for more than two decades.
